Cutter Titane 120L

Titane 120 cutter is entirely made of AISI 304 stainless steel, lined on the inside with steel plate. The bowl is made of extra thick molten stainless steel (2 to 3 cm). The lid has a double thickness and is insulated. The rigidity of the framework and the quality of the bowl allow to blades to be adjusted very close by bowl. The clearance between the bowl and the lid is minimum allowing to do the fine stuffings in a short time, with a minimum heating of product. The lid and the framework don't have any angles that are ankward to clean. The controls are in low voltage (24 volts). Complies with EC standard.
